Oasis considering adding more dates to comeback tour

Oasis are said to be considering adding more dates to their comeback tour after so many fans were left ticketless.
Oasis
The Britpop legends' fans scrambled to get tickets to the 'Oasis Live '25' tour over the weekend, with masses left waiting in lengthy queues before being told all dates were sold-out on Saturday evening (31.08.24).

However, there is some hope that they may extend the jaunt to make more fans happy.

One source told The Sun newspaper's Bizarre column: "Millions of Oasis fans will be feeling incredibly disappointed today.

"Noel and Liam [Gallagher] are weighing up whether they can feasibly do more dates

"Next year's reunion tour is for their fans and they want to make them happy."

What's more, another insider has claimed there is even the potential for new Oasis music - if Noel can persuade his sibling to add his vocals to some new tunes he's been working on.

The source said: "Noel knows the reunion is about the hits but he doesn't want them to be purely a nostalgia act.

"He has the tunes ready to go and if things continue to work well with Liam then it could be absolutely amazing."

The brothers surprised fans with news of their return after 15 years of feuding and being estranged ever since a backstage brawl between the pair at their final concert in Paris in 2009.

Meanwhile, Noel and Liam could be set to rake in even more millions - as they are said to have been offered big bucks to make a film out of their reunion.

The siblings will be back onstage together for the first time at the Cardiff Principality Stadium on July 4, and it's said the likes of Apple, Netflix and Prime Video are in a fierce bidding war to try and get the frontman and guitarist to allow cameras to document their hotly anticipated return.

A source told Bizarre earlier this week: "Noel and Liam's teams have been inundated with offers from production companies, who are desperate to secure the rights to a documentary.

"A dedicated team over at Apple have met to discuss the bid they are putting forward, and companies who work with Netflix and Prime Video are doing the same.

"The Oasis reunion is the biggest music story of recent times and to have access to Noel and Liam would be a huge coup.

"To see the brothers coming together again and putting their bitter split behind them would make for sensational viewing.

"The offers being tabled run into their millions."
