Mick Jagger's ex-girlfriend has ridiculed the aging rockers manhood saying he has "the smallest penis alive".

Janice Dickinson, who dated The Rolling Stones singer in the '80s, added: "He's a nasty little Sir Mick, with a little dick. It is very little" reports the Daily Star.

The 'first' supermodel told Howard Stern "I will scorn him for the rest of my life".

Dickinson was dumped by Jagger over the phone, which could go some way to explaining the hostile outburst which will no doubt upset Jagger.

Some years back he was furious when bandmate Keith Richards said of Jagger, "Huge balls, small c**k."
