Jennifer Lopez feels she can do 'anything'.

The singer has come back with a bang after her divorce from third husband and father of her twins Max and Emme, Marc Anthony, last year.

She is currently dating former back-up dancer Casper Smart, starring in hit movies such as Parker and recording her eighth album.

'I feel like I could do anything now,' she smiled to British newspaper The Telegraph.

'Before, I was just going through life. Now I live in the moment and I appreciate things in a different way.'

Prior to her marriage to Marc, Jennifer wed Cuban actor Ojani Noa in 1997, but they divorced in 1998.

Jennifer has also been married to back-up dancer Cris Judd and enjoyed high-profile romances with Ben Affleck and P. Diddy.

While she hasn't always been lucky in love, the star now feels positive.

'When Marc and I decided to separate, I thought, 'I'm not going to let this turn me into someone unhopeful who doesn't believe [in love] anymore.' I didn't want to just survive it. I wanted to grow from it. And I did learn a lot,' she revealed.

'Most importantly, to love myself first. As women, I don't think we do that enough. We always love somebody else more than ourselves.

'I did that for a long time and I couldn't understand why things weren't working. Then I realised that I wasn't valuing myself in the way that I deserved.'

Jennifer may be 43, but she still looks great in skimpy stage outfits performing energetic dance routines.

The star was criticised when she wore a revealing leotard during a recent performance on Britain's Got Talent, but Jennifer is pleased she keeps proving age is just a number.

'I feel like women are knocking those preconceptions down every single day,' she smiled.

'Every major actress right now is in her forties. The new crop hasn't really come up in the same way, and it's the same with recording artists, too. In old Hollywood, by the time you were 28 you were over; it was so youth-driven.

'Now people realise how much better women get with experience and wisdom. It's a very 'woman' moment.'
