Michael Bublé drove his wife 'crazy' when she discovered she was pregnant.

The Canadian singer is expecting his first child with Luisana Lopilato. Michael was totally overwhelmed when the actress-and-singer realised she was expecting a baby.

'When I found out that Luisana was pregnant, I was so in love with her that I was driving her crazy. I just wanted to kiss her and was touching her stomach going, 'I love you so much! I really love you,'' he laughed to British magazine Closer. 'She was like, 'Get out of my face!' I don't know if I've ever been ready for kids and I don't know if I am now, but I am so excited.'

The 37-year-old star realises his life will be transformed once he becomes a father. However, Michael is prepared to reduce his work schedule to ensure he is around to help with his newborn son.

'My first priority is my family. I can't wait to be a hands-on dad when the baby arrives. I'll be doing the late nights and changing the nappies!' Michael beamed.

The star is currently promoting his new album To Be Loved, and recently admitted he has never been sober while writing a song. Although Michael enjoys relaxing with his favourite tipple, he rarely has wild nights out anymore.

'There'll be the odd debauched night out when I go on tour in June, but I'm getting to an age where I'm not 24 so going out, getting sh*t-faced and acting like an idiot is not really attractive to others, probably,' he laughed. 'Now I prefer nights in on the sofa with Luisana or relaxing with friends.'
