Britney Spears apparently wants her wedding to Jason Trawick to have a country theme.

The 30-year-old pop singer has been married twice before so hopes to ensure her third trip down the aisle is perfect.

In Touch reports that Britney is planning on tying the knot at her home in Kentwood, Louisiana, and wants a simple affair.

'Technically, this is Britney's third wedding even though her first marriage was annulled,' her friend told the publication.

The Hit Me Baby One More Time was infamously married for just 55 hours to her childhood sweetheart Jason Alexander during a trip to Las Vegas in January 2004.

'She wants a traditional Southern-style wedding with comfort food, surrounded by her family, her two sons and all of her childhood friends, as opposed to a Hollywood wedding,' the friend added.

Britney's second marriage to back up dancer Kevin Federline in September 2004 produced two children; Sean Preston, six, and Jayden James, five.

'Britney is taking is marriage really seriously!' the insider said.
