A Spanish Madonna fan has been busted as the guy who revealed upcoming Madonna single Gimme All Your Luvin' to the world.

According to MTV, the 31-year-old man was found after the singer's lawyers traced the leak back to Spain and police describe him as 'a big Madonna fan' and say he had recordings of the song.

The song features vocals from Nicki Minaj and M.I.A., although the leaked version didn't have M.I.A.'s vocals added yet.

Police have not identified the man other than by his initials J.M.R..

The upcoming album, which has no release date as of yet, will see the singer reunited with producer William Orbit, who produced the singer's 1998 album Ray of Light. It is expected that the single will be released around the time of Madonna's Super Bowl performance in February.
