Beyoncé is to turn her talents to cartoons all thanks to her young nephew.

The Crazy In Love star will provide vocals for the lead singer in a girl group on children's TV series Wow! Wow! Wubbzy!

And she said she jumped at the chance to do it as her four-year-old nephew is a big fan.

She said Daniel, the son of her sister Solange, is looking forward to hearing his famous auntie on the show even though he can't quite believe it.

Speaking to USA Today, she said: "I told my nephew I was being considered for the role, and he didn't believe me. The episodes haven't aired on TV, so he still doesn't believe me.

"He's like, 'Yeah, right, Auntie BB, you don't know Wubbzy!'"
