Rihanna's secret addiction to chocolate ice cream has been revealed.

The 23-year-old Barbadian beauty has an enviable physique and although she works out hard she does not deny herself her favourite sweet treat.

Rihanna's personal trainer Ary Nunez told Star magazine that the singer can't always resist her craving.

'Her comfort food is chocolate ice cream,' Ary said. 'She's not that indulgent or anything, but she will be like, 'I need my quota'. I don't stop her ' that'd be asking for trouble.'

Rihanna is also one of the lucky few that do not worry about their weight once they leave the gym.

'Rihanna does not follow a diet,' her trainer admitted. 'But she's in tune to how her body reacts to different foods.'

Ary travels the world with the Umbrella singer and says that they even work out in hotel rooms when they don't have a gym nearby.

'Rihanna is all diva,' Ary said fondly of the chart-topper. 'She's all young spirit and a BFF type of girl.'
