The 'Get Outta My Way' singer has set up home with Spanish model Andres Velencoso ' who she has been dating since July 2008 ' in a London mansion and admits she couldn't be happier.

She explained: ''m so happy. This year has been full of lots of lovely sparkling new things. Me and Andres have just set up home in a new place. It's slightly bigger. But we are having to furnish and decorate from scratch again.

'The new place is more appropriate for my current situation and my family.'

However, the diminutive pop princess ' who released her 11th studio album 'Aphrodite' this year ' will be sad to say goodbye to the £4.5 million home she has lived in for the past 15 years in the UK capital.

She added to The Sun newspaper: 't feels like a new start in life. I had considered moving for ages and had looked at loads of places without finding anything I liked.
