Robbie Williams is buying a 5 million Tudor mansion
The 'Shame' singer ' who married long-term girlfriend Ayda Field in a secret ceremony last month ' has fallen in love with 15th century Brenchley Manor, near Tunbridge Wells on Kent, South England and has reportedly been bombarding local residents with questions about the area.

After his second visit to the property ' which boasts two cottages separate from the main house within the grounds ' Robbie and a friend popped into the nearby Elm Tree pub.

A source told The Sun newspaper: "He asked the barmaid about the area. It's the talk of the village."

The 36-year-old singer moved back to England last year but returned to Los Angeles after just eight months because he and Ayda, 31, disliked the cold weather.

He said at the time: "Ayda's always wanted to have the change in the seasons - and it's winter and glorious. The garden is pretty special, a winter wonderland and you just want to get cosy.

"Then it comes to summer and the weather doesn't change that much. Then you think, 'Hmm, LA was good'. Every day you wake up you're in the sun. Your body feels different, your mind feels different - so we're going back."
