U2 force Juventus to move Europa League tie
U2 are bigger than Juventus. In a double booked stadium Juventus have backed down and let U2 take the date while the Italian Seria A club has had to move from their stadium to Modena 200 miles away.

The Europa League clash with Dublin side Shamrock Rovers has been moved to allow the Irish rockers to take over the Stadio Olimpico in Turin on August 6.

U2 have the plush venue booked for the next two weeks to allow them rehearsal time ahead of the return to their '360' tour which was halted after Bono's back injury which forced cancellation of the dates and Glastonbury headline slot.

"Apparently U2 have the stadium booked as part of their European tour so the venue is being moved to Modena," Shamrock Rovers chairman Jonathan Roche told the Irish Times.
