Kylie becomes first solo artist to have four No.1 albums in four different decades
Kylie's new album "Aphrodite" became her fifth No 1 album when it debuted at the top spot in the charts. Receiving some of the best reviews of her career, "Aphrodite" hit No 1 a full 22 years to the week since her debut album "Kylie" entered the chart.

Kylie said: "I've been completely overwhelmed by the reaction to 'Aphrodite' and to hear that the album has got to No 1 is the most amazing news. I am ecstatic!"

Having launched the album with a spectacular performance last week at Ibiza's legendary Pacha, Kylie is now preparing for a world tour next year. Details of a new single will be announced shortly.
