Michael Jackson's autopsy report has appeared on-line.
The document is likely to form the basis of the prosecution's case against Dr. Conrad Murray, who is charged with his involuntary manslaughter.
In the report, the document explains that Jackson died from the effects of Propofol and Benzodiazepines, which were administered outside of hospital and without the proper equipment and monitoring. The report also confirms that Jackson didn't self-administer the drugs.
The coroner also states the star was 'extremely underweight' at the time and that his skin showed signs of Vitiligo, the condition Jackson blamed for his lightening skin.
